The events leading up to this shoot almost caused the whole thing not to happen! I had been in touch with Isabel prior to our trip to Colorado about shooting and we were so pumped to get to shoot in Boulder! We had our early morning shoot scheduled in Garden of the Gods earlier that day and we decided following that session, we would take the long way back to Boulder for this session so we could see Breckenridge! What sounded like a good idea almost ended up to be my boyfriend + I, stuck in Breckenridge for for the unforeseen future. We started making our way back from Breckenridge to Boulder after a short lunch where it quickly began snowing until suddenly, we were trapped in a blizzard. Isabel + Kenton were soooo flexible while we were messaging them every chance we got to let them know if we were going to make it or not! What should have been a 2 hour drive back to Boulder ended up being 4 and half! Luckily, we made it back just in time before the sun went down to create this magic with Isabel + Kenton. They were literally the two sweetest souls who gave us all the best recommendations as Colorado newbies. So thrilled with how these turned out and I can’t wait to shoot with them again!
